Meet The Crew

​TC is a bicycle retail veteran, having over 15-years of being in the industry. Since managing a successful shop in southern New Jersey, he has successfully built up ABO in Milford, Pennsylvania and has opened up a second location in Port Jervis, New York. TC is passionate about all disciplines of cycling. He also loves to paddle his kayak and SUP, go on camping trips, cross country ski, snowshoe and more.

​Xavier is a dedicated cyclist and employee. He loves being in the outdoors and going on adventures. From kayaking, camping, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, and biking, there is always a new, great experience that nature has to offer. He loves to share his passion with the sport with others. When he is not at Action Bikes, he's making his way around in the outdoors.

​Wilson has been riding bikes competitively since he was 13. He has a deep love of cross country and downhill mountain biking. Kindhearted and always with a smile, Wilson is the best addition to the team. He loves putting a smile on your face and always is out to help others.

Mike is a dedicated employee that loves the outdoors. He has been on the water, paddling a boat, and riding bikes since he was a kid. When Mike is not at Action Bikes, you may see him out and about riding his bike, or on the water making memories with his family and friends. 

Single speed MTB extraordinaire, Kyle has been riding bikes since 5, and he's been working in the bike industry for 15 years. When he's not out pedaling you can find him on his paddleboard, kayak, gone fishing, or out camping.

As a kid Carissa grew up on the mountain, cycling local trails & gravel. Her love of mountain biking was reignited after raising a couple wildling kids and finding peace & solace pedaling in the woods. When she's not riding trail, or crafting up something fun for the bike shop, you'll more than likely find her on her paddleboard, kayak, or teaching a Yoga class.

After watching a few rowdy mountain bikers cruising down the trail, having what appeared to be the time of their lives, inspiration struck. Russell bought a bike the next day and hasn't looked back. If he isn't at the shop, you can bet he's out there rambling down a trail, having the time of his life. 

Starting at a young age, Ethan has always been into cycling and outdoor thrills. As he continues to work hard in school, he still peruses his passion for being out on the mountain. If he is not home studying you can find him out mountain biking, cliff jumping, or skiing.
